We recognise the value of real-world, functional environments in rehabilitation. Where appropriate, we support clients to engage in their therapy within local gym settings to help build strength, confidence, and coordination. This provides a empowering space to progress rehabilitation in a way that’s meaningful and goal-driven.
We believe that rebuilding confidence, independence, and social connection is just as important as physical rehab. That’s why our approach supports clients to re-engage with their local community—whether it’s walking to the shops, exercising at the park, or training at our partner gym
At Senex, our physiotherapy is guided by the latest clinical research, outcome measures, and best-practice guidelines. Every treatment plan and report is informed by evidence based practice —ensuring effective, goal-oriented care that meets NDIS requirements and supports meaningful progress.
